No Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds on any products once the order has been placed and delivered.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged

• The product has a manufacturing defect

• The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
  
  

  Replacement Conditions

  To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned exactly as it was delivered, including:

    • Original packaging

    • Tags and labels intact
